Sewage gas is collected and directed to a pretreatment tank for catalytic thermal decomposition, resulting in biomass gas primarily composed of methane. This gas undergoes cooling and purification processes to produce high-quality biomass gas, which is then stored in a gas storage tank.
Through pressurization, the biomass gas is transported to the cylinder of the Liyu gas internal combustion engine, where it is burned to generate electricity. The high-temperature cracking process produces carbon-based fertilizer, which can be returned to the fields for agricultural use. Additionally, the exhaust gas from the generator can be recycled, and the waste heat generated can be utilized in the initial processes, creating a sustainable cycle of energy regeneration and addressing organic solid waste disposal effectively.
